Eight resolvers are queried from our server. This is a resolver comparison from one location, not a global propagation map. Costs 5 API credits.

Compare resolver answers

The app host asks its local resolver and Cloudflare, Google, Quad9, OpenDNS, AdGuard unfiltered, Control D unfiltered and DNS.WATCH. Grouping compares record values and outcomes while ignoring TTL differences and DNSSEC signature records. A disagreement can reflect CDN routing, filtering, cache timing or a changing zone.

One vantage point

Public resolvers often use anycast, so each name represents the endpoint reached from our app host. This tool does not test DNS from your device or from multiple countries. Timeouts and errors remain separate from answer agreement. The local system resolver's DNSSEC behavior depends on deployment.
