Timezone behavior

Daylight saving time can skip or repeat a wall-clock time. The next-run list reflects the parser's timezone rules; a nonexistent 02:30 may move to 03:30 on the spring transition. Check your scheduler's rules before using the expression in production. The expression runs locally and is not uploaded.
